Job Description
SEER SOLUTIONS DMCC is on the lookout for a qualified HR cum Admin Officer to enhance our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate should possess 6-8 years of comprehensive experience alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, support recruitment initiatives, organize training programs, and maintain precise employee records. Additionally, you will manage office administrative tasks, oversee communication channels, and foster a professional workplace environment.
Candidates must be fluent in both English and Urdu, demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and exhibit excellent communication abilities.
