Job Description
Scalemill is actively seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage all aspects of our hiring process. This crucial role entails sourcing qualified candidates, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish
- Source candidates through job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and the HR team
- Draft and extend job offers to selected candidates
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
