Job Description
Savvital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Dispatch Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries of freight. You will provide essential shipping details to customers and review logs of truck drivers for accuracy.
Your duties will include documenting all calls, deliveries, routes, and pickup times, as well as completing related paperwork like invoices. You will also handle customer complaints and inquiries, while negotiating rates and delivery timelines to meet business objectives.
