Job Description
Sarim Mumtaz seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative based at RJ Mall, Rashid Minhas Road, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi. Compensation: Rs25,00–30,00/month.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with B.Com or BBA
- Strong English and Urdu communication skills
- Basic MS Office, email, and WhatsApp proficiency
- Prior customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and in person; providing accurate travel and booking information; managing complaints professionally; maintaining client records; and supporting daily service operations.
