Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and analyze market trends to foster growth. You will lead and inspire sales teams while maintaining robust client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, accompanied by 6 to 7 years of demonstrated sales experience. A strong background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sales is crucial, as is a willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
