Job Description
Rockville Technologies Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated Network Support Engineer to oversee and maintain enterprise-level networking hardware within our data center. This hands-on position requires proficiency in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical network components to ensure optimal network performance.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing network connectivity issues, troubleshooting equipment such as switches and routers, and collaborating effectively with IT teams. Candidates must also be willing to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
To qualify, applicants should possess a foundational knowledge of networking, familiarity with network devices, and excellent communication skills. Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+, are highly desirable.
