Job Description
We are seeking dedicated non-voice agents to join our dynamic call center team. This role involves handling customer inquiries and providing support through email, chat, and other non-voice channels. Ideal candidates should possess excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
