Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Support Intern, you will play a vital role in our daily import/export activities, assisting with the booking process, documentation, and tracking shipments. You will be responsible for helping with customs clearance paperwork and collaborating with clearing agents. Additionally, you will manage warehouse operations, including receipt processing, stock checks, and maintaining basic inventory records. You will also maintain shipment databases, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to track consignments. Your participation in route planning and cost comparisons will be essential.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a final-year student specializing in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and basic Excel proficiency are essential for this role.
