Job Description
Renove Interiors seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR at our Industrial Area I-10/3 office in Islamabad. This full‑time, on‑site role oversees recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, performance management, HR policy, and labor law compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategy, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring, staff development programs, and performance review processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, proven recruitment and employee relations experience, knowledge of labor law, strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Competitive monthly salary: Rs65,00–Rs100,00.
