Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and processes.
• Gather and analyze data from surveys and program reports.
• Conduct monitoring visits and evaluations.
• Produce regular reports to provide insights into program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen M&E systems.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
