Job Description
Redex IT Limited is currently seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Executive to manage service ticket resolutions, ensure timely reporting, and support the recruitment of engineers. The successful candidate will uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and enhance operational efficiency within the field.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently resolve service tickets, provide monthly performance updates, assist in the recruitment of engineering personnel, and enhance diagnostic processes.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in IT service delivery.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs 30,00.00 to Rs 50,00.00.
