Job Description
One of our clients, Pakistan’s leading mobile wallet and payments service provider, is seeking to appoint an experienced professional for a contractual position as an MIS Coordinator. This role is essential to our department and will significantly enhance operational efficiency.
The key responsibilities of the MIS Coordinator include:
- Maintaining and distributing records of QR codes received in each region to the respective team leaders.
- Managing documentation for staff induction files for new hires and exits.
- Overseeing sound box data across regions and tracking daily active/inactive statuses.
- Maintaining accessories for staff, including business cards and employee IDs.
- Monitoring Google forms daily to facilitate seamless onboarding and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintaining records of bank asset BVS devices.
- Providing support to the calling department as needed.
- Experience with database management systems and analytical reporting is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are necessary.

Pay: Rs99,99.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
