Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is actively seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional decision-making skills paired with a robust understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations and initiatives.
- Establish and enhance organizational guidelines.
- Propose strategies for employee motivation.
- Oversee recruitment processes effectively.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints.
- Facilitate development and performance management programs.
- Coordinate employee orientations and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
