Job Description
Location: Jaranwala (Cornwala Plant)
Workplace Type: On-site
Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Microbiologist to set and maintain quality standards for raw materials, in-process, and finished products. This role will oversee manufacturing operations, meet specified goals, and report to the Lead Microbiologist.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and calibrations.
- Implement and evaluate the Environmental Monitoring (EM) program.
- Ensure availability of chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain accurate data entry in SAP.
- Engage in internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- B.S. (Hons) or M.S. (Hons) in Microbiology or Food Sciences.
- 1-2 years of experience in food and pharmaceutical laboratories.
