Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong English reading and writing proficiency.
- Engage in daily communication with customers, providing timely updates and status reports.
- Facilitate customer retention efforts.
- Assist the sales and accounts departments as needed.
- Follow up on carriers and consignments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
