Job Description
Raast Solutions is currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead our software sales team based in Rawalpindi. This is an onsite position with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Pakistan Time) and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 300,00 to Rs. 500,00, which includes both basic pay and commission.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing team dynamics, and enhancing client satisfaction. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in software or SaaS sales, strong leadership abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
