Job Description
Company: QVISE (Quality Vertex Integrated System) is actively seeking experienced Recruiters with a strong background in U.S. recruitment. The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process and collaborate closely with department managers to effectively meet hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Design job postings and recruitment materials.
- Source candidates through diverse channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate hiring processes alongside managers.
- Maintain accurate records of open positions.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must have proven experience in U.S. recruitment, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
