Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Team Leader to oversee our takeaway and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of call agents, ensuring effective communication with the kitchen and delivery personnel. Responsibilities include monitoring order accuracy, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing daily order logs and reports, as well as training and evaluating team members.
The preferred applicant will have 3-5 years of experience in call center management, be proficient in both Urdu and English, possess a solid understanding of food service, and be tech-savvy.
