Job Description
Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a qualified HR Manager to join our team at the Lake City Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing payroll, and leading recruitment activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Developing and implementing HR policies while managing employee records.
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Fostering employee engagement and effectively addressing grievances.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 3-5 years of HR management experience and proficiency in HR software. We offer a competitive salary of up to PKR 150,00 per month.
