Job Description
The Qadri Group of Companies is actively seeking a committed Performance Management Specialist to oversee the development and management of our Performance Management System (PMS). This role involves close collaboration with department heads to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are aligned with our organizational objectives. The specialist will also conduct PMS cycles effectively and lead training sessions on PMS procedures.
Key responsibilities include analyzing performance trends, proposing improvement initiatives, and ensuring transparency in evaluations across all departments. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, accompanied by strong analytical and communication skills.
This full-time position is based in Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.
