Job Description
Provox Global Solutions seeks a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and implement conversational agents, optimize customer interactions, and develop backend services using Node.js and cloud technologies.
- Responsibilities: build and tune Dialogflow CX/ES and CCAI solutions, manage APIs, and deploy services on Google Cloud Platform.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of software development experience, and proficiency with Dialogflow, Node.js, SQL, and JavaScript.
