Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource, a premier inbound contact center, partners with taxi companies throughout the UK. We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage inbound calls, assist customers with bookings, address complaints, and ensure continuous quality record maintenance.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate the ability to multitask, and exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and flexibility in work hours is essential.
Location: Phase 6, Bahria Town, Islamabad.
Compensation: Salary ranges from Rs40,00 to Rs90,00 per month, including training and opportunities for advancement.
