Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit live chat interactions
- Identify gaps in services or policies
- Compile reports and propose enhancements
- Maintain chat quality and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Fundamental knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to work night shifts, if necessary
