Job Description
The Progressive Education Network is looking for a committed Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to create, implement, and oversee systems that assess program performance and impact. This position requires providing technical assistance to program teams, conducting thorough data analysis, and generating high-quality reports to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and processes.
- Gather and analyze data from surveys and program reports.
- Conduct monitoring visits and evaluations.
- Produce regular reports to provide insights into program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen M&E systems.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
