Job Description

PrimeHR is seeking a dedicated Phone Banking Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in resolving account-related issues. You will also have the opportunity to offer light technical support to our customers.

In addition to customer service responsibilities, the Phone Banking Officer will conduct sales pitches to promote our company’s products and services to potential leads and existing customers.
