Job Description
Are you a meticulous professional seeking a fulfilling career opportunity? PrimeHR is on the lookout for a Back Office Executive to complement our vibrant team. In this essential role, you will gather and process research data while executing various administrative tasks, including printing, emailing, and managing office supply orders. Additionally, you will support the Front Office team and oversee inventory control.
Your duties will also encompass organizing staff meetings, maintaining calendars, processing company receipts, invoices, and bills, as well as offering assistance to management.
Note:
Candidates must hold a degree and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
