Job Description
Become a vital part of Prima Systems as an IT Support L1 Officer! You will provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat, while following our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Your tasks will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, documenting support activities, and ensuring security protocol compliance. We’re seeking candidates with at least 2 years of IT support experience and a strong command of English.
