Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Handling Executive to join our team at Premio Travel and Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are addressed with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through email, phone, or in-person interactions.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet them.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups.
- Address client feedback, queries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
