Job Description
Premier Medical Associates (PMA) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will deliver exceptional support to our clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring each customer has a positive experience.

This is a full-time role requiring approximately 45 hours per week. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred, and proficiency in English is essential.
