Job Description
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a closely related field is mandatory. International certifications in education are also required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, ideally within an educational environment.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing impactful training programs and workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Lead training sessions for educators and assessment teams.
- Assess program effectiveness and ensure alignment with curriculum standards.
