Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to lead and expand sales across assigned regions. The successful candidate will manage a small sales team, establish clear targets, and develop strategic territory plans to drive growth.
- Responsibilities: set and monitor KPIs, coach and support team members, cultivate and maintain client relationships, and report performance.
- Qualifications: minimum 3 years’ field sales experience, proven leadership, strong communication and analytical skills, and availability to travel.
