Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for the afternoon shift to deliver excellent support via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, escalating issues, and meeting performance targets. Must have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, basic computer literacy, and a customer-first attitude. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
