Job Description

Planet Junior is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Staff member to handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints through various channels, including social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication skills in English, along with a thorough understanding of social media platforms.

This full-time position is based in Shadman 1, Lahore, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. The salary range for this role is between Rs20,00.00 and Rs30,00.00 per month, and is negotiable depending on experience.
