Job Description
Pinnacle Enterprise is thrilled to announce an opportunity for the position of Customer Support Executive – Inbound. We seek exceptional individuals to join our vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding product availability and pricing.
- Address customer complaints and offer effective solutions.
Qualifications: Must be fluent in English, possess at least 2 years of experience, and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.

Job Details: Evening/Night shifts, 5 days per week, based in Karachi. Salary ranges from Rs55,00 to Rs75,00/month.
