Job Description
Job Purpose: The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the recovery of payments from clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client payment collections.
- Review and analyze overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve outstanding issues with clients.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 10 years of experience in collections, real estate, or banking is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
