Job Description
We are currently seeking a committed NOC Engineer to join our esteemed team at Physicians Revenue Group. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring network systems, servers, and applications utilizing NOC tools and dashboards. You will be tasked with detecting, diagnosing, and resolving network incidents, outages, and performance issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will respond promptly to alerts and tickets, escalating issues when necessary. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors will be crucial for troubleshooting complex issues. You will also conduct routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure infrastructure stability and generate documentation related to network operations, incident handling, and standard operating procedures.
