Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Operations Manager to lead daily investment operations, trade settlements, portfolio reconciliations, and operational risk oversight. The role manages the full trade lifecycle and ensures timely, accurate processing.
- Coordinate with portfolio managers, custodians, and counterparties to resolve settlement and reconciliation issues.
- Design and enforce controls, streamline workflows, and mitigate operational risk.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, minimum 5 years’ experience in investment operations, strong analytical and leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication.
