Job Description
We are seeking a professional Franchise Officer to manage franchise relationships, ensure brand compliance, and drive operational performance. The role involves onboarding support, coordinating training, conducting site visits, analyzing sales and operational data, and implementing improvement plans to enhance profitability and standards.
- Responsibilities: franchise management, compliance monitoring, training coordination, site evaluations, performance analysis, and action planning.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in franchise or field operations, strong communication and analytical skills, willingness to travel, bachelor’s degree preferred, proficiency in MS Office and CRM, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.
