Job Description
PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated Packaging Machine Operator to ensure the continuous and efficient functioning of our packaging line in accordance with IPS standards. The primary responsibilities include allocating and managing packing machines to meet production needs, maintaining machine efficiency of 85%, minimizing film waste to below 1%, conducting quality control audits, and performing minor repairs on packaging equipment.
Candidates should possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics and have a minimum of 2 years of experience with packing machines. Good housekeeping practices and compliance with safety regulations are essential.
