Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead front office operations in Lahore. The successful candidate will supervise the front desk, concierge, and guest relations teams; manage check-ins/outs, reservations, VIP arrivals, and guest issues; support occupancy forecasting and room revenue; train staff, enforce SOPs, prepare operational reports, and oversee scheduling. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field; 3–5 years’ experience in front office or duty management at reputable hotels; strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills under pressure; proficiency with Opera/Oracle Cloud PMS and MS Office. Full-time, in-person position.
