Job Description
Lead the design and implementation of strategic, scalable health programs across the system. Manage cross-functional teams, perform needs assessments, develop system-wide plans, align stakeholders, oversee budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.
- Deliverables: monitoring & evaluation frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and technical guidance for health information systems.
- Requirements: Master’s in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field; 7+ years in health systems planning with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Skills: strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities; experience with health information systems preferred; demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and program delivery.
