Job Description
Outwerk Solutions is hiring Call Center Representatives for Part-time (7:00 PM–2:00 AM) and Full-time (7:00 PM–4:00 AM) shifts. Work schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends off). Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs50,00/month plus commissions, incentives, and performance bonuses. We provide opportunities for career growth within a professional, dynamic environment.
- Requirements: fluent English, strong persuasion and sales skills, ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience: call center background preferred; freshers are welcome.
