Job Description
Ossols Pvt LTD is looking for a committed Customer Support Officer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and educating customers about our services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
