Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates from reputable universities and experienced business developers with up to two years of experience. This position focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily on the Upwork platform.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding or a proven record of successful project bidding and client acquisition on Upwork, alongside solid technical knowledge of software development principles.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the Upwork marketplace for relevant project opportunities.
- Crafting and submitting persuasive, tailored proposals that highlight our value.
- Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and inquiries.
- Contributing to our Upwork strategy and best practices.
- Possibly extending business development efforts beyond Upwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience in bidding and securing projects on Upwork.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in writing effective proposals.
- Technical knowledge of AI and Blockchain technologies.
