Job Description
We seek a dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher to design and deliver child-centered lessons for children ages 2.5–5, fostering independence, curiosity, and social-emotional growth through Montessori materials.
- Prepare and maintain thoughtfully arranged environments that encourage exploratory learning.
- Observe, assess, and document individual progress; maintain regular, professional family communication.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive classroom and collaborate with colleagues to support student development and professional growth.
Qualifications: Montessori certification or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), demonstrated classroom management, patience, and excellent communication skills.
