Job Description
Organized, proactive Assistant Manager Production to oversee fabrication, coordinate planning, supply chain and quality, monitor materials and maintenance, enforce safety and quality standards, train staff, prepare reports, and support process improvements. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Industrial/Manufacturing preferred), 3+ years manufacturing/fabrication experience, strong leadership, communication, production planning, and Excel/ERP skills. Full-time, in-person. Pay: Rs1.00 per month.
