Job Description
Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to support our finance team by overseeing daily accounting operations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, adhering to accounting standards, and aiding in audits, budgeting, and tax functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support consolidation efforts.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Manage annual budgeting and conduct periodic forecasting exercises.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com with 5 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is required.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
