Job Description
Nextech Packages is currently looking for an experienced Head of Gravure Operations to oversee our gravure printing processes in Sahiwal. This full-time role requires effective planning, operational supervision, quality assurance, and team development to guarantee optimal production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: You will be tasked with managing daily operations, creating job schedules, monitoring machine productivity, and closely collaborating with the Quality Control department to ensure high standards.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a DAE or B.Tech/BSc in Industrial or Printing Technology, along with 8-15 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Pay: Rs200,00.00 – Rs225,00.00 per month.
