Job Description
Nexline BPO, powered by RCMBS, is hiring full-time Verifiers to confirm customer identity, contact and beneficiary information, and policy details for auto insurance and final expense products. Duties include validating documents, performing scripted verification calls, accurately entering data into the CRM, flagging discrepancies, and coordinating with agents to resolve issues while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
- Preferred: call center or insurance verification experience
- Skills: clear communication, strong attention to detail, professional phone etiquette, accurate data entry, and effective time management
