Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader Operations to oversee both inbound and outbound activities at the Nestlé Distribution Center. Candidates must possess strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include optimizing staffing levels, coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing Good Warehouse Practices.
Success Factors: An MBA or relevant Engineering degree, paired with 2-3 years of experience in Distribution Operations or Supply Chain, is required. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules” is essential.
